Remote Patient Monitoring
In Sync Counseling is now offering Remote Patient Monitoring. What that means is that our office is now offering to monitor critical health measurements, specifically blood pressures and heart rates for our patients.
This means you will not ever have to leave your home for this monitoring as you will be given your own blood pressure cuff. What this allows us to do is notice physiological trends which can in turn guide us to make better medication recommendations specifically tailored to you.
This service can help reduce the number of doctor’s visits, emergency room visits, hospitalizations and even nursing home admissions for clients. Also, it is covered by your insurance company so there is no cost to you as the client.
